Multigogy was created by the company's founders in 1990. It is a philosophy of teaching and learning as well as an instructional design framework.

Multigogy, the consulting group, designs and delivers workshops, motivational speeches,  organizational and community development initiatives and strategic planning. Clients include local, national and international organizations (profits and non-profits), k-12 educational institutions, colleges and universities and foundations.
