  • Leadership and Planning: Interim or part-time strategic partner for planning; management; and team building; teaching; and coaching. Executive level research including need assessments, focus groups, and qualitative and quantitative research. PMP and other certifications.
  
  • Technology services:   Executive Level research, recommendations and advice. Help desk team building with customer service. Strategic and operational planning; including financial management and reporting. Research qualitative and quantitative; needs assessment and program outcomes. Level 1 help desk technician.  
